Shipping

Following credit approval, orders will be shipped within 1-10 business days for all in stock items. If an item is not in stock it may take 10-12 business days to arrive. Some instances take 4-6 weeks for shipping. All back-ordered items will be billed once your item is shipped.

Our current shipping rates:

Standard Domestic shipping is free with purchases of a $100.00 or more. We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Free shipping applies to ground only. If Next Day Air is chosen a $39.00 charge will be added to your order.

USPS Next Day Air is available on all orders for $39.00. Not all items are available for overnight delivery. Call to make sure your item is in stock. We ship anywhere within the Continental United States at this rate. For shipping outside the US, contact us for our current rates.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with an item you may return it to us, for exchange or refund within 30 days. Items must not be worn and must have all the tickets attached to the garment. Final Sale items include: hosiery, body stockings, and adhesive bras. When returning items, please fill out the return form, which was enclosed with your shipment, and include it with the merchandise. We will notify you once your return is processed. PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN. In the event your order qualifies for free shipping, $8.00 will be deducted from your credit. If you request an exchange, you are allowed one free exchange without being charged for shipping an item back to you.

Washing Instructions

We recommend hand washing and line drying on all garments. We do not guarantee underwire or fabrics not washed properly.

• Bras: Hand wash cold water with like colors. No bleach. Line dry. No ironing. But if using a washing machine, we recommend using mesh bags.
• Panties: Machine wash warm with like colors: no bleach. Tumble dry low heat No ironing.
• Girdles / Body Suits: Machine wash (unless underwire – hand wash). Line dry, no bleach, no iron.
• Gowns / Robes / PJ’s / Pegnoirs: Machine wash gentle cycle. Read garment tag for further instructions.
• Slips / Camisoles: Machine wash warm: gentle cycle. Wash with like colors, no bleach. Tumble dry low heat. Cool iron if needed.

Limitation of Liability

aBra4Me shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. aBra4Me liability is exclusively limited to the replacement cost of the product.
