How To:
1. Start with clean, dry skin free of moisturizers, soaps, powders, deodorants, or perfume.
2.Remove protective backing from bra.
3. Press the Adhesive Bra underneath your breast.
4. Lift and smooth upwards.
5. Repeat on the other side
